Camino de Santiago Photo of the Week – November 25, 2012
This week’s photo from Sherry Ott reminds us that the Camino is mostly – but not exclusively – a beautiful walk. She has collected a number of images of the uglier, seedier side of the walk, including the monstrosity above. But this is pretty ugly. And, for that matter, so is this. And I’m thinking you won’t want to stop and have your lunch here.
Her own story is inspiring. She gave up her life in a business cubicle to spend over a year travelling to 23 different countries. In the process she became a professional photographer. Her work celebrates different cultures, the diversity of landscapes, and the people who inhabit them. Her travel galleries and portfolio can be found here.
